Every thing is subject to change and alteration. According to The Concept of Impermanence what was apparent and verifiable about our existence was the continuous change it undergoes. It is a fallacy to believe that a person would remain the same during his entire life time. They change every moment.
How we think about fashion today, perhaps always,is not at the level of the perception of a change as a sustainable system, but the experience of reusing, and repurposing constant and inevitable change could mean a chance of novelty in balance with the environment. By reclaiming unused scraps of the pre- vious collections, and recycled textiles the dichotomy of fashion can mean creativity and not consumption. In SS ‘23 is the detail that takes your eye and cre- ates new alchemy and way of wearing; the transpar- ent patches in the shirt, the ruffled pleat, irregular GAUZE inserts, juxtaposing different fabrics and textures that break the pattern. Also, the color palette got darker and toned down, claiming the change that undergoes our psyche that is not always painless. The patterns of the collections were strongly inspired by ideas of platitudes and draping by Charles James, which helped create a shaped seam with a smooth curvilinear shape or design line that circulates smoothly around the body.
